The third is that there are too many impurities in the lubricating oil, and the oil filter is blocked. At this time, the oil filter and the oil tank need to be cleaned and replaced with clean oil.

 

Spindle speed is unstable

 

There are four possible reasons. First, the V-belt is too loose and slips. At this time, the motor seat or belt tensioning device should be adjusted to keep the V-belt tight. The second is the loose fit between the V-belt pulley and the shaft key. At this time, the keyway should be repaired and a new key should be provided. The third is that the V-belt is worn or damaged. At this time, a new V-belt should be replaced. Fourth, the motor failure. The motor should be inspected, repaired or replaced at this time.

 

Idling occurs
